The sale at Myer was pathetic as expected. Nothing caught my eyes and my wallet was sighing with relief lol Although I did went to MAC counter to get a bottle of MAC brush cleanser ($20), but it is a necessity :) I need to start taking care of my brushes so that they would last longer. The makeup artist was so friendly and helpful. She taught me how to use the cleanser.

- fold tissue paper into 4
- put a bit of MAC brush cleanser to the size of 20 cents on the tissue paper
- rub brush back and forth until all the colour comes out

Easy peasy :) I would only use the cleanser to clean my brush after every use but once a month (I am lazy :P) I would deep clean it by washing them with baby shampoo, just to get rid of all the colours and grease that might build up over time. I love the feeling of clean brush hehe


MAC brush cleanser and a long jacket I got from Target (Their sale is so much better than Myer - got it for $20 down from $60)

I am trying to figure out the settings on my camera so that the eyeshadows would appear much better but no luck :( So I am stuck with the webcam for now.
