Here's me wearing the she space (TSS) eyeshadows. I am using them wet with the mixing medium aka foiling.

Basically, you apply your eyeshadows wet. First you dip your brush into mixing medium. I usually rub my brush back and forth on a tissue paper afterwards, just so its only damp. Then pick up eyeshadows with the brush and apply as usual. Foiling makes eyeshadows more vibrant and stays on longer :)
